  I’m incredibly frustrated with the snow removal service. They plowed all the snow directly into my yard, completely destroying my newly planted shrubs and my lawn – I’ve invested a lot of time and money in maintaining my property. I reported the issue on Monday, and to my shock, the snow pile has doubled in size in just three days! I’m worried about a soggy lawn until mid-summer, and frankly, I'm disappointed with the lack of care. The owner’s wife suggested I contact the management company, which feels completely unhelpful. I need them to instruct their drivers to avoid plowing snow onto residential lawns – the gravel pit across the street is perfectly suitable. report abuse

  “I have serious concerns about the safety practices here. Drivers were routinely traveling at 70 mph on roads with loose rocks and gravel in the back, which is incredibly dangerous.   “I wanted to express my serious concern about your driving this morning at 7:20 am. Driving so close to other vehicles and using your rear lights on the roadway was completely unacceptable and very dangerous. Please be more mindful and cautious when operating your truck.” report abuse

  “Honestly, the scheduling with this team is completely disorganized. They seem to show up whenever they want, often very early in the morning or late at night, regardless of the weather. If your car is parked in your driveway, don’t expect to be plowed, and they don't seem to prioritize anyone’s needs.   “I’m honestly really concerned about the driving habits of their trucks. I had a terrifying near-miss on Spenard – they were speeding and nearly sideswiped me. It was the closest I’ve come to being hit by a vehicle in a long time, and it’s left me very worried about their safety.” report abuse
