  I'm incredibly frustrated with the snow removal service. They plowed all the snow directly into my yard, completely destroying the shrubs I’d planted and ruining my new lawn – something I’ve invested a lot of money in. I called on Monday to report this, and to make matters worse, the pile has doubled in size in just three days! I take pride in my lawn and I’m really worried about having a wet, snow-covered lawn until mid-summer. The woman I spoke to, the owner’s wife, just told me to contact the management company, insisting there’s a specific chain of command I need to follow. Honestly, I think they need to train their drivers to avoid plowing snow onto residential lawns – perhaps directing them to the gravel pit across the street instead.” report abuse

  “I was really concerned about the driver’s speed and the condition of the truck. They were consistently driving at 70 mph on a road with loose rocks and gravel, which seemed incredibly unsafe. There was also damage to several windshields, and frankly, the whole situation felt completely unacceptable.” report abuse

  “I wanted to bring to your attention some concerning behavior this morning at 7:20 am. Driving your sand truck so close to other vehicles and using the rear lights on the roadway was completely unsafe and inappropriate. Please be more mindful of your driving and the safety of others.” report abuse

  Honestly, the scheduling with this crew is absolutely appalling. They seem to show up whenever they please, often in the middle of the night to shovel walkways or early Sunday mornings while everyone else is asleep – as long as your car is parked in your driveway, you’re not getting serviced. It feels incredibly disorganized and disrespectful of people's time. Plus, the work itself felt rushed and not very thorough. I couldn’t recommend them. report abuse

  “I’m really concerned about the driving habits of this company’s drivers. I had a terrifying near-miss when one of their trucks sped through an intersection on Spenard – I almost got sideswiped. It was the closest thing to a collision I’ve experienced in years, and honestly, it’s left me incredibly worried about their safety and the safety of others.
