They expertly fixed a few issues with my sleeping pad – the zipper on my jacket, the drawstring on the snow skirt, and a hole – and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the work.   “I was really pleased with the service I received. I took my old Mountain Hardwear daypack in to get a couple of broken zippers fixed, and Ryan was fantastic – he responded so quickly and gave me some great recommendations, including suggesting a heavier zipper than the original. I appreciated the fast turnaround and the fact that the repair looks absolutely amazing; the new zippers are practically indistinguishable from new. He even added a patch to a worn spot.   “I was so relieved when these guys fixed my tent – raccoon damage to the mesh door! I was originally planning to send it back to the manufacturer, but they were able to get it repaired in just two days, which would have taken much longer.
