Honestly, I was really disappointed with this company. I contacted them about a sizable renovation project for my apartment, but they immediately told me they didn't handle work for individual homeowners. It felt like they’d gotten too big for their boots and simply weren't interested in smaller jobs. They weren’t willing to even discuss the project with me, and I think that’s a shame – it seems like they’ve lost out on some business because of it. It was a good-sized job too, which makes the whole experience even more frustrating.

“I was driving down 5th Avenue when a very large truck cut me off, nearly hitting my car with three children inside. It was particularly concerning because the truck was in the middle of an intersection and there was no traffic behind me, so there was absolutely no reason for the driver to have done that.”
-
“Our peer mentoring program at South Anchorage High School wants to express our sincere gratitude to GMC Contracting – they’ve been incredibly supportive and generous to us.”
-
“It seems like they’re repaving a section of the parking lot, but there aren’t any signs up to let drivers know parking is limited – which is a bit concerning.”
