It seemed like they’d grown too large and perhaps a bit arrogant, focusing solely on larger, high-value projects and unwilling to engage with smaller clients like myself.   “I was driving on 5th Avenue when a large truck, without a trailer, suddenly cut me off. It was incredibly reckless, nearly hitting my car with my three children inside.
