  “I was incredibly frustrated with this company. We had a serious roof leak in our strip mall, and they essentially told us they couldn’t send anyone to assess it until next year. It was really poor customer service, and they weren’t willing to consider any urgent evening or weekend service – which is exactly what we needed in an emergency.   “I was initially told they’d be sending someone to evaluate my roof in April or May, but those months passed with no action. I followed up multiple times, requesting a callback from the scheduling person, and unfortunately, I never heard back. It’s really frustrating when a company doesn’t seem to be able to manage their workload and keep customers informed.” report abuse

  “I was really disappointed with this company. I contacted them twice for an estimate and was promised a quote within a couple of days, but I never heard back.
