“This $250,000 project for the condominium complex unfortunately fell short of expectations. We experienced some significant inconsistencies throughout the entire process, largely stemming from communication and follow-up issues. We initially selected this company based on their established reputation and a competitive bid, but ultimately, the lack of consistent oversight and responsiveness was a major concern.”
-
“We were contacted about a previous shingle installation issue at the front of the house, where the builder confirmed they’d used our company. Upon investigation, we found a significant crack had formed between the shingles and the siding, likely due to the original installation not being fully completed.”
-
“I just wanted to express my sincere gratitude for your team’s quick response after the storm. They were absolutely fantastic – so helpful, efficient, and really put my mind at ease by getting those temporary patches up so quickly. Thank you again for your wonderful service!”
-
“I was incredibly frustrated with this company. We had a serious roof leak in our strip mall, and they essentially told us they couldn’t send anyone to assess it until next year. It was really poor customer service, and they weren’t willing to consider any urgent evening or weekend service – which is exactly what we needed in an emergency. Because of their lack of responsiveness, I’ll be going with another roofing contractor for any future projects.”
-
“I recently had some roof damage discovered after buying my house, and thankfully, Adam from Rain Proof Roofing was able to help. Despite being the top-rated company on Google, I was really impressed with his responsiveness and willingness to work with my wife and me to find the best solution for fixing our roof.”
-
Honestly, I wouldn’t go near them. They just seem to make promises they have no intention of fulfilling.
-
“I was initially told they’d be sending someone to evaluate my roof in April or May, but those months passed with no action. I followed up multiple times, requesting a callback from the scheduling person, and unfortunately, I never heard back. It’s really frustrating when a company doesn’t seem to be able to manage their workload and keep customers informed.”
-
“It’s really frustrating that they’ve contacted me twice to set up a time to talk, and then haven’t followed through. I’m waiting to hear from them.”
-
“It’s great to see they’ve followed up to talk things through with him – really appreciate their proactive customer service.”
-
“I was really disappointed with this company. I contacted them twice for an estimate and was promised a quote within a couple of days, but I never heard back. The customer service was also quite poor. Honestly, I’m concerned about the quality of their work – it seems like they don't value their customers’ time.”
