  “I was incredibly disappointed with this company’s response to my urgent roof leak situation at the strip mall. They essentially told me they couldn’t send anyone to assess the problem until next year – that’s completely unacceptable. I was willing to pay overtime for an evening or weekend visit to get it addressed quickly, but they didn’t even offer that option. Because of their lack of responsiveness, I won’t be contacting them for any roofing services in the future.” report abuse

  “I was originally told they’d be sending someone out to evaluate my roof in April or May, but unfortunately, neither of those months happened. I followed up several times, trying to get a call back from the scheduling person, but I never heard anything. It’s really frustrating when you’re waiting for a simple assessment and don’t receive any communication. If they’re struggling to manage their workload, it’s important they let customers know.” report abuse

  “I was really disappointed with this company. I contacted them twice for an estimate and was promised a quote within a couple of days, but I never heard back.
