The claims of pressure to remove my wife’s hijab, combined with the reported insults directed towards my family and religion, are completely unacceptable.   It’s really important to consider how security officers can effectively protect customers and themselves when they’re unable to physically intervene with someone posing a threat – like a thief or someone making a threatening gesture. It raises the question of what strategies they can realistically employ. report abuse
