  Overall, the experience was a bit mixed. While the office staff were consistently friendly and went above and beyond to ensure I felt valued, there were some issues with communication regarding project updates – they weren’t always proactive about letting me know when things were running behind. They also struggled to stick to the initially promised schedules. However, I was pleased with the quality of the product, particularly the floor joists they built for me, which saved me the trouble of ordering from elsewhere. report abuse

  “I had a really frustrating experience with Sampson Steel. I placed an order for handrails for a housing project and, after putting down a deposit, it became incredibly difficult to get any communication. I’ve been calling multiple times a day and sending emails, but haven’t received a single return call. Honestly, it’s been completely unresponsive, and I’m now looking at losing my deposit or pursuing legal action. I strongly advise anyone considering working with them to think twice – it’s simply unacceptable.” report abuse
