Overall, the experience was a bit mixed. While the office staff were consistently friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel valued, there were some communication issues regarding project updates – they weren’t always quick to inform me when things were running behind. They also struggled to stick to the originally promised schedules. However, I was really pleased with the quality of the product, especially the floor joists they provided, which saved me the trouble of ordering from further afield.”

Honestly, my experience with Sampson Steel has been incredibly frustrating. I placed an order for handrails for the housing project, put down a deposit, and then it became almost impossible to get any communication. I’ve been calling multiple times a day and sending emails, but I haven’t received a single return call. I’d strongly advise against using their services – it’s been a terrible experience and I’m seriously considering losing my deposit or pursuing legal action.
