Mary Ann really appreciated the service – they contacted her a full hour and a half before their delivery truck arrived to let her know her delayed luggage had finally arrived in town. It was a huge relief and she was very grateful for their proactive communication.

Overall, the pickup service was really good – the van was great and the driver was very professional. It’s definitely a service I’d recommend. However, we were a little disappointed with the 10-minute delay, which unfortunately made us miss our train check-in time. Considering the extra charge for the longer journey to the station, we were hoping for a more punctual pickup.
