  “It was a bit of a messy night with some winds causing bins to blow over, but I was really impressed with our garbage collectors – they went above and beyond to clean up everything! It was wonderful to see their efforts. My boys were fascinated watching the trucks do their job too!” report abuse

  I was really disappointed with my recent trash pickup. The driver accidentally spilled trash onto my driveway during collection, and then just drove off without even acknowledging the mess. It was clean when I was outside an hour before, but immediately afterward, it was covered in garbage. This isn’t the first time this has happened – it’s occurred twice before, and while they’d previously sent someone to clean it up when I contacted them, this time the customer service representative insisted on a video proof. Honestly, I found that request unreasonable given the situation, and I’m now looking for a different trash service. Thankfully, the operations manager called to apologize and had someone send a cleanup crew – a really positive resolution to a frustrating start. report abuse

My driver was so helpful – he noticed a small spill when he was loading my bins and went out of his way to fix it, even driving back and forth to ensure everything was properly loaded.   “I’m incredibly frustrated with the service I’ve received. Despite dropping off my trash bin and confirming it was accessible, they haven’t collected it in two weeks. I’ve checked my account and confirmed all payments are always made on time, and I’ve tried repeatedly to contact them – calling multiple times since 8am, filling out the online form, but haven’t received any response or resolution. Honestly, the lack of communication and action is unacceptable.” report abuse

  “I’ve been consistently putting my trash out every week, but I’m really frustrated with the service. My can was left on the curb last night, just like everyone else’s, and yet it wasn’t emptied. I’ve tried calling the company multiple times, but it’s impossible to get through – I’ve been stuck on hold for ages, just getting a robotic message. It’s completely unacceptable that they’re ignoring our calls instead of actually dealing with customer issues.” report abuse

  “This driver is truly exceptional – so patient and kind, it’s honestly the best I’ve ever experienced. Because I can be a bit of a procrastinator, they always go above and beyond, running around my house to gather extra trash so my bins don’t overflow. They’re so thoughtful, especially if I’m having trouble getting the bins out, patiently waiting and checking in with me.   “I observed an issue today, April 23rd, on Vasilly Dr in Eagle River with the bear barrels. The driver was struggling to get them to self-empty and had to manually open each lid at every stop. I noticed the barrel was positioned at an angle when he lifted it to dump, rather than at the proper crest. It appears the barrels are designed to self-empty when completely upside down, and the lids need to be weighted correctly to achieve that.” report abuse
