  I’m so incredibly disappointed with my experience. The owner was consistently rude and completely disregarded my requests. He made a significant mistake welding a frame member too far forward on my truck, and when I asked him to fix it, he refused, even threatening me. I just wanted the work done correctly, but he wouldn’t take responsibility. After I lost all faith in his ability to do the job properly, he offered only a partial refund. Ultimately, they managed to awkwardly fit the bumper, but they just installed the skid plate incorrectly and didn’t bother to modify it as I’d asked. I’m seriously considering just handling the modifications myself or finding a different shop – the whole experience was unprofessional and frustrating, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend going there. report abuse
