Honestly, I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience. The owner was consistently rude and completely disregarded my requests – he wouldn’t even correct the initial mistake where he’d welded a frame member too far forward, which then ruined my bumper and skid plate. When I asked him to fix it, he actually threatened me! It was completely unacceptable. After losing all faith in his ability to do the job right, I asked for a full refund, but he only offered half. They eventually managed to awkwardly modify the bumper to fit, but they just installed the skid plate incorrectly and claimed it was done. I don’t want to keep arguing with him and going back for a third time, so I’m seriously considering tackling this myself or finding a different fabrication shop – somewhere that actually takes responsibility for their work and treats their customers with respect.

CWM was fantastic – truly the best welding company I’ve worked with. They consistently delivered amazing quality work, found the perfect solutions for our needs, and were incredibly responsive and able to meet tight deadlines. I’m a very happy customer!

“The winch bumper they installed on my Dodge 2500 was really solid – they did a robust job. And I thought the price was fair.”
