Honestly, I’m really frustrated with the Toyo stove situation. They’ve dominated the Alaskan market for so long, and we’ve always paid a premium price with inconsistent availability. Now they’re giving discounts to Monitor stove buyers instead of recognizing the loyalty of people who’ve been using and repairing Toyos for years – some of us have multiple that have unfortunately stopped working. It’s time to seriously consider switching to a different heat source.
