  Honestly, I was really disappointed with my experience. I wanted to test out a new company, so I gave them a small job – cutting down three old mirrors after some bathroom renovations. While it seemed straightforward, they handled it terribly. They insisted on taking their own measurements, even though I provided the original ones, and then quoted me $1050 for the work with no guarantee, based on an estimated 10.5 hours of cutting! To make matters worse, I ended up doing the cutting myself with a simple glass cutter, and I could have bought new mirrors for $500 elsewhere. It felt completely unreasonable and like a massive waste of time. Needless to say, I’ve moved on to getting quotes for new windows from a different company. report abuse

  “I’m really disappointed with the lack of communication we’ve received regarding the replacement of those safety glass doors. We sent them off two weeks ago and haven’t heard anything – no quote, no update, nothing. It’s incredibly frustrating, especially with a tight deadline we’re working under.   I was really disappointed with my experience with this business. I contacted them about a warranty issue and it felt like I was constantly being passed around. I left two voicemails for Mike and after two weeks of no response, multiple people – Melissa and Jessica – eventually connected me to someone, but no one ever answered the phone. It felt like they weren’t taking my concern seriously, and I wouldn't recommend them based on this experience. report abuse

It took several attempts to actually speak with someone after submitting the request and leaving a voicemail, and the salesperson seemed quite dismissive of my inquiry. The front desk staff were so helpful and efficient, really taking care of me. They were professional, quick, and offered the best price I found in town.
