  “I genuinely enjoyed working with the team, but it was a really difficult experience overall. They have a tendency to issue write-ups for very minor issues, and I felt unfairly targeted – I was fired after a small accident, despite a more senior driver having caused similar damage months before. It felt like fitting in was more important than actual accountability. While they claim their disciplinary process is fair, it clearly wasn’t applied consistently, and I believe it was heavily influenced by who was perceived as ‘job scared.’” report abuse
