  John was fantastic to work with. We were preparing to install a new fence and he really helped us get a clear understanding of our lot lines – something we realized we really needed to address. He was professional, gave us a fair price, and explained the whole process in a way that was easy to understand.   John was fantastic – exactly who we needed to make sure we were following all the local regulations regarding setbacks and wetlands. We contacted several surveyors, but most just sent out generic quotes without even a conversation. John was the only one who really took the time to understand our situation and offered some really valuable advice about the wetlands flagging, which turned out to be a brilliant move. When he came to survey the property, he was incredibly efficient and professional, and he created a really clear and helpful property plot. He even took the time to walk the property with me, pointing out all the markers – something I really appreciated.   “I was really concerned and frustrated by the interaction I had with him. He was incredibly dismissive when I politely asked about the hole he was digging in my yard, essentially telling me it was my problem and that I shouldn’t be asking questions. Because of his rude and unprofessional behavior, I felt the need to involve the police and let him know that his actions were inappropriate.” report abuse
