  Mike was fantastic – really knowledgeable and he handled everything so smoothly. The painters themselves were professional and incredibly polite, and they did a truly excellent job prepping and painting our house.   Overall, I was incredibly pleased with the work John and his team at CertaPro Andover did on my house. From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, they were exceptionally professional. John was so honest and upfront, never pressuring me for extra services – he actually offered helpful suggestions and options. He even proactively arranged for a carpenter to fix a damaged board before the painting started, which was fantastic. The painting team itself was fantastic – five guys who were always on time, incredibly neat, and really respectful of my property. They worked diligently from 8 am to 3 pm each day, and they cleaned up thoroughly after themselves, leaving my yard looking great every evening. John made sure to check in daily, which really put my mind at ease. It was clear he genuinely cared about the quality of their work and my satisfaction. They finished the job on schedule and the results are stunning! I wholeheartedly recommend CertaPro Andover – John and his team are amazing. report abuse
