  We absolutely love our new home, and we couldn’t recommend Hanson Builders more highly! As first-time homeowners, we were a little nervous, but they made the entire process so smooth and enjoyable. They walked us through every single detail, step by step, and were incredibly patient with all of our questions and concerns. Julie was especially fantastic, always responsive and helpful, and Danny was a brilliant Project Manager who really brought everything together beautifully.   Honestly, we couldn’t be happier with Hanson Homes. They truly turned our dream into a reality, and they delivered our house exactly on time – a huge relief!   We absolutely love our new Hanson home in Plymouth! From the moment we saw the design – it was truly special, especially as it was the very first of this model – we were blown away by the incredible attention to detail and the quality of the craftsmanship. There are so many fantastic features we adore, and the colors, lighting, and hardware just perfectly complement the overall design.   Honestly, working with Hanson Builders was a fantastic experience. They really went above and beyond to make the whole process smooth and enjoyable – something that can be really stressful when building a home. We especially loved how they focused on creating a home designed with our family’s needs in mind, and it’s incredibly livable and functional for us. Their designs are modern and keep our house feeling current with the latest trends. The quality of the build is outstanding; it’s one of the best homes we’ve ever seen.   Hanson Builders were absolutely fantastic – we couldn’t be happier with our new home! From start to finish, they made the entire process so smooth and stress-free. The team was incredibly kind, professional, and really knowledgeable, always answering our questions quickly and with detailed explanations. We had very few problems during construction, and when we did, they tackled them right away and fixed them completely. Knowing we were expecting a baby soon, they went above and beyond to get our house ready on time, which allowed us to move in as planned. Even since we’ve moved in, they’ve continued to check in and take care of anything that needed attention.   “I want to start by saying a huge thank you to Katie and Ryan – they were fantastic throughout the entire process of designing and building our home. Their support was invaluable, and we’re so pleased with the beautiful house they helped us create. However, I have to be very clear about a serious issue we encountered with Mike C., the VP of Construction. We understand that the construction process was particularly challenging due to the COVID-related supply chain disruptions, and we were assured that any necessary replacements would meet or exceed our original specifications. Unfortunately, the ventilation fans installed in our bathrooms were a completely different story. They were significantly inferior to what we’d agreed upon, with a weaker motor, lower airflow, higher wattage, and excessive noise. We provided detailed documentation of these differences, but when we raised our concerns with Tricia and then Mike, we received no helpful assistance. Mike stubbornly insisted the fans were “good enough,” even presenting inaccurate data to support his claims – it was like he wasn't listening to us at all. It was bizarre when he even suggested they were acceptable because he had them in his own home! As a result of these substandard fans, we’re now dealing with condensation problems in our bathroom. Instead of addressing the actual issue, we were told to limit our showers, which seems completely unreasonable. The fans simply weren’t powerful enough for the size of the bathroom. We tried to discuss this with Mike and Hanson Builders, but they wouldn't engage with us in a meaningful way. He lacked empathy, and his dismissive attitude made the whole experience incredibly frustrating. We ended up having to buy a $200 dehumidifier just to cope with the condensation, and we're paying extra for electricity to run it. Honestly, the whole thing felt incredibly unprofessional, and we have serious reservations about working with Mike or Hanson Builders again.” report abuse

  Honestly, I couldn’t be happier with Hanson Builders. Buying our new home was a surprisingly smooth and enjoyable experience – even though we were moving from out of state. They really went above and beyond to help us participate in the design and pick out the upgrades we absolutely loved. The house itself is fantastic, and the service we’ve received since moving in has been just as wonderful. If we ever decide to move again, I’d definitely want to work with Hanson Builders again! report abuse

  Honestly, we’re absolutely thrilled with our new home from Hanson! We’d heard some pretty concerning stories about building with other companies, but Hanson completely exceeded our expectations. From start to finish – the process, the team, and the final product – they were fantastic. We did a lot of research and felt Hanson truly offered the best value and support. We were even able to add a few upgrades without breaking the bank, and we have a beautiful, gorgeous home as a result. We couldn't recommend them more highly! report abuse
