  Overall, we were really pleased with the work Rock Solid did for us. It wasn’t without a few hiccups, but Jim, the owner, was fantastic throughout the process. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything to us and we felt we could trust his advice. The installation itself turned up a problem with Comcast’s buried cables, which they quickly resolved with Gopher One. Unfortunately, they missed marking one cable, leading to a temporary internet outage, but that wasn’t Rock Solid’s fault. Despite some initial issues, the yard looks fantastic, and we’re especially grateful for the added bonus of having an onsite weather station. We also appreciated Jim’s willingness to replace the irrigation controller when we weren’t happy with it – we ended up deciding the one we received was perfect for our needs. Finally, when Comcast cut our sprinkler lines, Jim got someone out to fix it quickly, and the repair was seamless. Thanks to Rock Solid’s team, we’re extremely happy with the finished product! report abuse

  Shawn and Jim at Rock Solid have been fantastic – I’ve been using their lawn service for the past couple of years, and they consistently do a really great job.   “I’ve been a customer for several years now, and while the initial installation was fine, I’ve become increasingly disappointed with their customer service, especially as an existing client. Over the past year, it’s become clear that the co-owner doesn't prioritize communication with long-term customers. I sent multiple emails and text messages requesting parts replacements, and he simply ignored them for a whole month, even though I’d paid in advance. Frankly, it’s been incredibly frustrating, and I regret choosing this company because of the lack of responsiveness. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.” report abuse
