  Al was fantastic – genuinely friendly and really easy to work with. We had a quick roof repair, and he managed to get us scheduled even with their busy schedule. They did a fantastic job, completing the repair while I was at work and cleaning up completely afterward; I couldn't even tell they'd been there!   “I was really impressed with the service I received from Al, Marquis, and Paul. They expertly replaced my leaking chimney chase cover, and the level of detail was outstanding. Al spent a significant amount of time – nearly two hours – meticulously sketching out the problem and the solution, and then took the time to ensure a perfect fit. Marquis and Paul were fantastic during the installation, cleaning up every bit of debris and even precisely measured the screw locations. It’s rare to see such pride in workmanship, and they even took pictures to show me the process. I’d definitely recommend Al and his company for any future projects.” report abuse

  Overall, I was really pleased with the work Ron/Marquis and his crew did building the retaining wall along my property. They were incredibly professional from start to finish. We initially anticipated a straightforward project, but they encountered groundwater issues about four feet down, which required a deeper footing. Honestly, I was a little worried, but Ron and his team handled it brilliantly – they not only knew how to adapt their construction methods, but also had the engineering expertise to do it right. It ended up taking longer than we’d planned, but the finished wall is far better than I expected, and I’m very satisfied with the quality of their work.   Omega was fantastic to work with! From the very beginning, they were incredibly responsive and friendly, always making sure to address our needs with respect and helpfulness. I was really impressed that they prioritized our urgent siding project, fitting it in ahead of schedule – something we hadn’t experienced with other contractors we’d contacted. They completely took care of our siding and chimney flashing, and even included a free priming service. Seriously, the squirrels are gone, our old siding is gone, and we’re thrilled with the results.   “I was really pleased with this group – they were super responsive and got back to me quickly when I needed a quote for a chimney inspection and sweep. They even called ahead to let me know when they were on their way, showed up on time, and went over the quote one last time before starting the work.   “I was really disappointed with this company. Initially, they just patched up the problem, and I was told that was enough, but the issue kept recurring – every winter after the snow melted, it leaked back into the house. I ended up paying a transfer warranty fee because it wasn’t directly under my name. Honestly, it felt like a really shoddy job, and I’m frustrated they didn’t address the underlying problem properly the first time. Despite what seemed like a friendly attitude from Al, the quality of the work was terrible, and I ultimately had to pay almost the same amount to get a completely new roof.   “I was really impressed with Omega – especially Al. We had a water problem in the basement twice, and he responded both times quickly and professionally. He was so friendly and clearly very knowledgeable, explaining the issue thoroughly and reassuring us that there wouldn’t be any expensive repairs needed.   “We were really struggling with drainage around the side of the house and it was causing us a lot of worry, especially when it rained.
