  John did an amazing job installing my new heater in the garage – I couldn’t be happier!   “I can’t recommend this company enough! We had a really urgent electrical issue and they were the only one who could squeeze us in, even though six other companies were fully booked. Spencer, our electrician, was fantastic – he explained everything so clearly and patiently, and he really took the time to walk us through the problem. They even went above and beyond by arranging an inspection with a plumber for us. I really appreciated the little things too, like the text message I received before the appointment with a photo and bio of Spencer – it made me feel much more comfortable knowing who was coming to our home.   “I’m so thrilled with the work Mr. Sparky and the team – Ben Franklin and One Hour Heating/AC – did at our new home. They tackled some really big jobs updating our 1987 custom home, and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of their work and the money they saved us. Mark was especially helpful, offering some fantastic options for our generator that will definitely make future power outages much easier. What really stood out to me was how attentive everyone was – they answered all our questions and concerns before and after each job.
