    I’m really frustrated with the scheduling process here. It feels like there’s no coordination – I’m constantly getting texts and calls telling me about my appointments without anyone checking to see if the times work for me. I’ve had to reschedule multiple times just to get a new appointment date, and then I’ve received another set of notifications changing it again. The biggest issue was when I waited all day for my technician, only to get a call at 6 pm saying he wouldn’t be coming that day and was moved to the next day at 12:30 pm. To add to that, I heard noise outside my window and barking dogs, and when I went out, the technician had already done the exterior work without even letting me know he was coming or giving me the 30-minute heads-up I’d requested. It’s just incredibly disorganized. Despite all of this, I want to say the technicians themselves are very polite and professional. report abuse

    Honestly, our experience with this company was a huge disappointment. We signed a one-year contract, and it turned out to be a massive mistake. They completely failed to show up for over half our scheduled appointments – missing five without so much as a phone call. Adding to the frustration, they messed up another three appointments, and I ended up spending nearly twice as long on the phone resolving their errors as they actually spent *doing* the work. It’s clear the management team isn’t prioritizing things correctly, and despite multiple conversations with different technicians who were themselves frustrated with the chaos, nothing seemed to improve. Don’t sign a contract with them – it’s a battle from start to finish, and even months after requesting a refund, they’re still dragging their feet. Their organization is just baffling. report abuse
