  I’m incredibly concerned about an incident my wife experienced while driving on the highway near Annapolis yesterday afternoon. Around 4:00-5:00 pm, she was passed by truck number 183 and the driver was exhibiting extremely erratic behavior. He was aggressively beeping his horn, swerving into other lanes, and even appearing to intentionally gesture at her with what she described as a middle finger. The situation escalated when he repeatedly swerved alongside her truck, rolled down his window to shout and take a picture of her car. I’m genuinely worried about his behavior – it felt completely unhinged and incredibly dangerous, especially considering the size of the commercial truck. I’m taking this very seriously and will be contacting the authorities to report the incident and ensure the safety of myself and other drivers. report abuse

  I was extremely concerned by the behavior of driver 183 during the 5pm traffic commute from Annapolis to the Baltimore area. His driving was reckless, repeatedly cutting off other vehicles in heavy congestion and aggressively honking despite a clear lack of maneuvering space. Following that, he tracked my vehicle for an extended period, exhibiting incredibly unprofessional and unsafe conduct, including offensive gestures.   “I had a really unsettling experience this morning. Around 7:50 am on Wednesday, January 23rd, truck #123 pulled out directly in front of me. I’d been traveling down the road and had plenty of time to merge, but they just cut me off. There weren’t any other cars behind me, which made it even more frustrating. They didn’t signal at all while making those two turns – it was incredibly reckless.” report abuse

  I absolutely have to give Bay Ready five stars! I don’t usually write reviews, but my experience was just outstanding. I contacted several concrete companies, including some I’d worked with before, and Stephanie was by far the most responsive and helpful. I called them the day before needing concrete, and not only did they offer a significantly better price than the competition, but they delivered the concrete the very next morning before noon – a huge help in meeting our project deadline. Even when we had a temporary issue with our bank, Stephanie went above and beyond to assist us. Seriously, people like Stephanie make all the difference! And I have to add that our driver, Ben, was fantastic too – incredibly efficient and even communicated with our crew using Spanish while he worked. Thanks to Bay Ready and their team, we’ll definitely be working with them again. report abuse

  “I can’t recommend this company. Our experience was incredibly frustrating and, frankly, dishonest. They completely disregarded our schedule, cancelling our initial appointment and repeatedly rescheduling with no clear communication. The truck finally arrived hours late, at 3:30 pm, and we were left waiting until after 5:30 pm in the rain. Worse, they had significantly shorted our load, which we immediately pointed out to them, but it seemed they didn’t take our concerns seriously. Due to this unacceptable experience, we’re now exploring legal options.” report abuse

  I was incredibly concerned during a recent encounter with this company’s truck on Route 29. The vehicle was carrying an unsecured load, and it was repeatedly throwing rocks, seriously damaging my car’s windshield. I immediately reported the issue, but unfortunately, the company has been completely unresponsive and unwilling to take any responsibility. They’ve simply told me to handle it through my own insurance, which is completely unacceptable. It’s a really concerning business practice. report abuse

  I was extremely disappointed with the work being done in my neighborhood. They were pouring concrete when they started hosing down the truck directly onto a private access road – completely bypassing the required concrete washout. This created a huge mess, with water going into my neighbor’s driveway and drainage system. It was completely unacceptable. report abuse

  “We were really disappointed with this company. They promised a truck driver would be available for two hours, but then he called in just 35 minutes before he was due to leave. The concrete itself was also quite poor quality. We wouldn't recommend using them again – it’s best to contact another supplier for concrete.” report abuse
