“I really wanted to set the record straight about the reviews I’d seen for Ronald W. Johnson Associates. It seems there might have been some misunderstandings. I hired them to locate the corners of my property for a new fence, and I was incredibly impressed. Their quote was significantly lower than other firms – about a third – and they were also the only ones who could have gotten the job done quickly; the others had weeks-long waits. Once they finished, they not only delivered exactly what I needed, but they also went above and beyond, locating the points for my fence gates and returns, all without charging extra. I was actually there watching them work, and I was really struck by how professional and knowledgeable the two-person team was. They explained everything they were doing, which I found fantastic. Honestly, based on this experience, I’d absolutely recommend them and would definitely use them again – I’m even considering them for some upcoming engineering work, like a retaining wall.”

“We have serious concerns about this proposed development by Ronald W Johnson and Associates. They’re partnering with a company aiming to build in Gambrills, MD, on land that isn’t zoned for commercial use. Worse, they’re pursuing a legal exception without seeming to consider the potential negative impact this development could have on the surrounding residential neighborhoods – particularly the likely devaluation of property values.”

“I’m updating my previous feedback. I now understand the full situation and want to clarify that my family’s disagreements with Ronald Johnson have been completely resolved.”
