“I was incredibly disappointed with my experience working with Trident. Joe came out to assess the damage I’d sustained, and while he was professional initially, the whole situation quickly fell apart. He examined my pool and, frankly, found absolutely nothing to explain the problem – no signs of water damage, no soft ground, nothing. Then, magically, his report concluded that a spring was to blame, despite the fact that he hadn’t even walked the property or looked inside my home. He admitted he had no idea how he was going to write the report, and yet, a report appeared with a completely unfounded explanation. Other engineers I spoke with were stunned that he didn't bother to investigate properly, especially given my request. It’s clear they cut corners and provided a misleading report to the insurance company. I’m pursuing this further with my lawyer, and I intend to share my experience widely – the truth is the only defense here.”

“I’ve worked with Trident on several occasions, and I was really impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. Most recently, they handled a significant treefall incident at a homeowner’s property, and I was particularly impressed with their knowledge and how thoroughly they approached the inspection and the resulting report.”

“I can’t recommend Dr. Davis highly enough. He’s a truly wonderful doctor – so knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely caring, and always professional.”
