  Honestly, we’re just thrilled with the work CSR did remodeling our waterfront home in Annapolis. From the very beginning, the team really listened to our ideas – it was like a ‘blue sky’ brainstorming session – and they expertly guided us through the design process, making sure we stayed on track with our budget and engineering considerations. They were fantastic at helping us prioritize what was truly important to us. It was a huge project with its share of hurdles, but the CSR team’s consistently positive and ‘can-do’ attitude was a huge relief.   Honestly, we couldn’t be happier with the screened porch Creative Spaces Remodeling built for us. From the very beginning, it was crucial that the addition felt like it had always been part of our home, and they absolutely nailed it. The 20x16 space looks like it was built alongside our house over 11 years ago – it’s truly seamless. The design team was fantastic; they really paid attention to detail, perfectly matching the lines and roof pitch to the existing house, and they even came up with some clever ideas to make the most of our waterfront location while following all the building regulations.   CSR was fantastic to work with on our recent remodel project. John and Alex were incredibly helpful, really collaborating with us to develop a design we absolutely loved. Once construction began, Steve and Matt were outstanding – they skillfully navigated the challenges of the pandemic to keep the project on track, handling everything from permits to scheduling and coordinating the work crews. We really appreciated their responsiveness; whenever we had a question or concern, Steve and Matt were quick to address it.   “We were looking to completely remodel our kitchen and dining room, and after getting a recommendation from some friends, we decided to interview Creative Spaces Remodeling. They’d really impressed our friends with their design ideas, and honestly, we hadn’t heard of them before. We were initially a little hesitant, but our friends assured us they were a great choice. From the very first meeting, it was clear they were different – they weren’t just focused on swapping out cabinets and flooring. They had some truly fantastic, ‘outside the box’ ideas. While the project did take a little longer than we expected – mostly due to things like delays with getting appliances and us taking our time deciding on a countertop – the final result is absolutely stunning.   Creative Spaces Remolding completely transformed our kitchen and deck, and we couldn’t be happier with the results!   “So far, the remodeling project is going incredibly well – we’re about three-quarters of the way through! From the very beginning, there was a really good dialogue about what I envisioned, and they’ve been fantastic at incorporating my ideas and changes as we went along. Everyone has been so accommodating, whether I wanted to tweak something or brainstorm a new feature. This is a massive undertaking – we’re adding a partial second story with my master bedroom, a huge master bath, a massive walk-in closet, an art studio, and an office. And all the bathrooms are getting a complete overhaul, from floor to ceiling. The kitchen has been completely gutted and will be the star of the house. To top it all off, they even replaced the roof on the entire property while they were adding the second story. I’ve been so pleased with the team – Molly, Alex, and Steven have been amazing on a daily basis, and John Johnson has always been readily available to answer any questions or meet with me. The CSR team has been really easy to work with too. They’ve really gone above and beyond to make sure I’m happy with how things are progressing, and I’m so grateful for their hard work.” report abuse
