I'm incredibly disappointed with my recent experience. I purchased a Velux FCM and, unfortunately, haven’t been able to use it. When I tried to return the money, I was met with an unreasonable refusal – they claimed they simply didn’t have enough cash on hand. Adding to the frustration, they suggested a three to four day wait for a replacement, and then informed me they’d send a check that would take an additional 7 to 10 days! It’s completely unacceptable how they handled this, especially considering I’m a regular customer. A store of this size shouldn’t be unable to provide even $500 in cash. It felt like a really poor way to treat a customer.
