  I was really pleased with the service I received from Absolute Systems Engineering. I had some concerns about my home’s fire suppression system, and contacted Daniel Kiser. He sent out Keith, one of his technicians, who did an absolutely thorough job of inspecting and analyzing the system. Keith was fantastic – really professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly courteous. He quickly identified and resolved the issue, and then Daniel followed up to discuss the findings, which I really appreciated. Honestly, given how important a fire suppression system is for protecting my family, I wouldn’t trust anyone else, and I wholeheartedly recommend Absolute Systems Engineering. report abuse

  Honestly, I can’t give this company any stars. They completely missed my appointment twice – once on Friday and again on Saturday – and it caused a huge disruption for my family. I scheduled a repair for Friday between 1pm and 1:30pm, but the technician never showed up. After waiting until 3:30pm, I was told they were busy and wouldn’t be coming that day. To make matters worse, because of this missed appointment, my family was left without running water for the entire weekend, forcing us to stay in a hotel. While the representative apologized and offered to reschedule for Monday, and then a gentleman eventually arranged a Saturday appointment that was pushed back to 4pm-4:30pm, no one ever actually came to fix the problem. I left another message on Saturday around 5:15pm, but still no one called back. As a business owner myself, I’m incredibly frustrated with this experience. I’d be willing to write a positive review if they were to contact me and offer a resolution to cover the inconvenience and wasted time, but based on my experience, I’m likely to take my business elsewhere. report abuse
