  Overall, my experience with Hague was pretty frustrating, but I want to highlight how incredibly helpful Ronnie was. The problem started last Sunday evening when the well water stopped, and I called Hague the next morning. The first technician was responsive, but ultimately, he just diagnosed a dead pump and a faulty pressure tank. He was a bit sloppy – he left the well cap off and didn’t seem to understand the purification system. Things quickly spiraled when he accidentally let dirty water from the well flow through the pipes, flooding my house. Thankfully, Ronnie from Hague arrived the next day and completely turned things around. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cared about resolving the issue. He quickly identified and fixed the blockage in the pipes, cleaned up the mess, and gave me clear instructions on how to fully flush the system. It’s clear that Hague needs to prioritize sending someone like Ronnie out first, because his expertise and attention to detail made all the difference. While the initial technician was prompt, Ronnie truly saved the day, and I really hope Hague recognizes and values his skills. report abuse
