  “I was so impressed with this office – it’s absolutely beautiful! More than that, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. I actually just needed a quick place to charge my phone in an emergency, and they went above and beyond, letting me use the comfy lobby couch and even offering me a drink.   This training was seriously lacking. It seemed like the trainer didn’t have enough time to properly cover the material, and it was clear many participants were struggling – especially since some weren’t familiar with the industry. Megan, it’s important to take this seriously; the laughing wasn’t helpful and could reflect poorly on you if things continue to go wrong. report abuse

  Hanson Building Materials truly went above and beyond for me. I had a really frustrating issue getting siding ordered from ABC, and they didn’t hesitate for a second to call ABC directly on my behalf. Because ABC wasn’t willing to help me – they’re the main distributor and I wasn’t a contractor – Hanson Building Materials took it upon themselves to resolve the problem. I was incredibly grateful for their dedication and willingness to help me match the siding on my garage. Honestly, they’re fantastic, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone needing building supplies – even if they don't stock exactly what you need, they'll do everything they can to assist you. report abuse

  I can’t honestly recommend Hanson Brothers. They deserve one star simply because there’s no way to give zero. The owner was dishonest, making false promises about fixing problems, and frankly, the whole experience felt incredibly sleazy. We’re now putting a sign in our yard to warn other potential homeowners – don’t let them do your siding! report abuse

  “Overall, there’s a lot of room for improvement here. I found the staff to be quite unfriendly, and the ordering process itself was unnecessarily slow. Getting a response to my order email took up to five days, and then there was a further wait to actually finalize payment – it was a really frustrating experience.” report abuse
