  Working with Lori Serum and the team at Regency Homes to build our new home was an absolutely wonderful experience, especially considering we started the process during the challenging times of 2022 and 2023. From the very beginning, they were incredibly open and honest about everything – the pricing and our budget were always clear. But what truly stood out was their incredible follow-through. Lori would personally call us whenever anything came up, truly listened to our concerns, and handled everything immediately. They were with us right through to the end, and even beyond, making sure we were completely happy with our new home and that everything was working perfectly. Honestly, the Regency Team were fantastic – so organized, communicative, and responsive, and they were just genuinely lovely people to work with.   Regency absolutely knocked it out of the park with our recent home remodel! They completely transformed our house – everything except the kitchen – in just four months while we were away, and the quality of their work was outstanding. They tackled three bathrooms, new showers, updated cabinets and mirrors, new flooring throughout, and even revamped our closets and HVAC systems and plumbing. What really stood out was how incredibly organized and efficient they were, working seamlessly with all their subcontractors. Because of the scope of the project and our budget constraints, Regency was really thoughtful about keeping things in line with our neighborhood. They were incredibly flexible and listened carefully to our needs. They were always on time and within budget, and they even came up with some brilliant solutions, as if they were renovating their own home. I got quotes from two other builders, and Regency was 25% less expensive – but more importantly, they delivered exceptional results. The entire team was fantastic, and honestly, it was the best experience I've had in over 45 years of building and remodeling. I’d give them 100 out of 100 stars! Thank you, Regency! report abuse

  Overall, Regency did an absolutely fantastic job renovating our home. They completely transformed the basement, main floor, second floor, and even rebuilt the loft – it was a massive undertaking! They tackled everything from moving walls and installing the spiral stairs to completely new flooring and a huge amount of electrical work. What really stood out was their professionalism and efficiency. They stuck to the timeline, actually finishing ahead of schedule twice, and stayed within budget. We couldn’t have asked for better communication or a smoother process; there were no issues whatsoever with the subcontractors or the workers themselves. I wholeheartedly recommend Regency to anyone considering a remodel. Lori, Brock, Teena, and Todd were a fantastic crew to work with, and we truly appreciate all the added value they brought to our home. report abuse

  Honestly, we couldn’t be happier with Regency. From beginning to end, they were fantastic – so thoughtful, organized, and professional. They really went above and beyond, making the whole process incredibly accommodating and fair. The allowances they provided were very generous, and they were amazing at guiding us through everything, which took all the stress out of it and actually made it a really enjoyable experience.   Regency did an absolutely fantastic job remodeling our main floor – it’s truly transformed our 21-year-old home. From the very beginning, they made the whole planning process so enjoyable; they really listened to our ideas and brought their expertise to create a design that was absolutely perfect for us. We especially appreciated their complete transparency with costs and how quickly and thoroughly their team answered all of our questions. They were always so responsive and helpful. Plus, they worked with some fantastic subcontractors who were equally professional and friendly. Honestly, it was so reassuring knowing we could trust them completely. Living in our basement during the remodel wasn’t ideal, but it was so much better knowing Regency was taking care of everything and delivering exactly what we envisioned.
