  I was really pleased with the recent repair work NexGen did on my fascia and soffit. I initially met Phillip at the Elk River home show and he was fantastic – he came out to my house the same week after getting my quote, and the job was done exactly as we discussed. My house looks fantastic again, and I’d definitely recommend him and NexGen for any exterior work. I’ll be sure to reach out to them again when I have a bigger project! report abuse

  I absolutely have to say, choosing NextGen to replace my roof was a fantastic decision! Brian C. was my salesman and he was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He really listened to what I wanted and, when I was considering a different color, he offered some really solid advice that I ended up following – and I couldn’t be happier with the final result; it looks absolutely stunning. The installation crews were also fantastic – two different teams worked on the job, and they were both so professional and remarkably fast. The roof was done in just one day, and the soffits and fascia took a couple of days due to the rain, but they were so careful about making sure everything was safe, even doing multiple sweeps to pick up all the nails. I really appreciated that level of attention to detail. I wholeheartedly recommend NextGen – you won’t regret it! report abuse

  Okay, here’s a natural-sounding evaluation based on the text: “I was really pleased with NexGen – I hadn’t even owned the property long enough to realize how important good gutters were, especially here in Minnesota! I got a few quotes, and Marquis, a sales rep from their team, overheard me talking about it at a bar and stepped in. He and his team were able to get the job done for about 10% less than the other bids, which was fantastic. It took a little longer than expected – there’s a lot of demand for good contractors right now – but the crew that came out were incredibly professional and courteous. They even handled all the little logistical headaches, like coordinating trash and recycling pickup and dealing with snow, and still managed to get the work done really quickly. What really impressed me was Ryan, the owner. He’s clearly passionate about his business and his team, and I really appreciated that he sends out Christmas cards to his clients with a company photo. It’s great to support a locally owned company like NexGen. If you’re looking for a good deal, especially if you’re a veteran, I definitely recommend giving them a call – just tell them Harry sent you!” report abuse

He was a genuinely kind and professional guy, and Bob Glick was also a huge help in getting the installation team scheduled. Despite a small delay, the skylights were expertly removed and replaced, and we’re absolutely thrilled with the new solar-powered shades – a fantastic upgrade!   Honestly, Nexgen was a lifesaver. We were completely devastated when a tornado hit and our roof was severely damaged, with people constantly trying to pressure us into signing contracts without any explanation. Then Amanda and Aaron arrived, and they were just so genuinely helpful. They took the time to understand our situation, asked what they could do, and patiently explained their process. Things got even more difficult when my mom passed away, and I had to leave town, but Amanda even brought a little something for my kids – it was such a thoughtful gesture, especially given everything we were going through. The crew was fantastic – incredibly professional and friendly, even making my kids laugh while they worked. They kept me fully informed every step of the way, taking care of all the insurance communication for me. They even fought for us to get the extra costs covered, and the result is a beautiful new roof. I wholeheartedly recommend Nexgen – they were amazing during a really tough and unexpected time.   “I couldn’t be happier with the work NexGen did on our roof and gutters in north central MN. I first met some of their team at the Mpls Home and Remodeler Show, and from start to finish, they were fantastic. Travis Gester was our project manager, and he went above and beyond to keep us informed and updated every step of the way. He personally oversaw all the orders, tracked the shipments, and even drove out to the job site to inspect the work and collect any leftover materials. The crews were incredibly dedicated – they worked tirelessly, even through the rain and snow! It was truly amazing to have such a responsive and proactive project manager like Travis.
