    Honestly, I’m incredibly frustrated with the service I received. The team assigned to my leaking valve and broken vent issue didn’t seem to really investigate. The plumber essentially shrugged and said he couldn’t figure out the problem because the wall had already been removed. To be frank, he just opened the wall himself and found a disconnected vent – it appeared the vent was never properly connected in the first place. Because of this, he couldn't explain the issue to my home warranty company, and now I’m stuck with the bill for the extra work. It's completely unacceptable, and I'm furious that they didn’t take the initiative to properly diagnose the problem. report abuse

    “I hired them to fix my faucet, but the experience was incredibly frustrating. While I was working, they replaced my original faucet with a much smaller, clearly inferior one that didn’t fit properly in the sink. Despite my request for them to install the faucet I’d purchased, they haven’t responded to my calls or emails. The whole situation has been really poor service and frankly, the workmanship was unacceptable.” report abuse

    I was really disappointed with my experience. They initially scheduled an appointment for me between 9 and 11am, but I was a patient customer and gave them another chance. However, the next appointment was then pushed back to a 2-5pm window, and I only received a text at 4:27pm saying the driver’s ETA was 5:10pm – that was completely unacceptable given my patience. When I called the next day to express my frustration, I was told I was being rude, which I absolutely wasn’t. It’s clear this company doesn’t seem to value its customers’ time, and I wouldn’t recommend them. report abuse

    “I had a really frustrating experience with U.S. Plumbing & Rooter through my home warranty. They were assigned to fix two leaky valves, but the technician came out a week later and just took a look at the problem. He said he needed parts, but never followed up or actually scheduled a repair. Weeks have passed and the valves are still leaking – I wouldn’t recommend using them.” report abuse
