Despite being told my request had been assigned and that I’d hear back soon, I followed up multiple times – a week later and again after another two days – with no updates. It was frustrating not knowing who was handling my project, and ultimately, I’ve moved on to a company that’s been much more responsive. I truly hope you can improve your communication process.”
