  Overall, I’ve been really pleased with Goudy Pools over the years – they’ve grown a lot, and they’ve managed that expansion really well. They still treat every customer with genuine care, which is fantastic. When I’ve had a small issue, they’ve always responded quickly. While their prices have increased a bit with their bigger operation, they’re still competitive. I do sometimes miss the personal touch of having the original father and son team come out, but honestly, I’m happy to see them thriving and their staff is consistently fair, polite, and really knowledgeable. report abuse

  Goudy Pools have been absolutely amazing for us! They’re incredibly reliable – they always show up on time, which is a huge relief. The quality of their service is fantastic; they do a really thorough job and minimize any disruption to our routine. Honestly, it’s wonderful not having to worry about the chemicals and testing; we just relax and enjoy our pool when we want to. We wish we’d switched to their maintenance service sooner – it’s definitely worth it, and it’s brought our pool back to life! report abuse

From the initial renovation all the way through, Aly kept me completely in the loop and was incredibly responsive when we ran into any snags.   I’ve been really pleased with the service I’ve received from Goudy. Back in August 2021, my old pool pump finally gave out, and they were fantastic – they arrived on time, got the job done quickly, and even walked me through how the new Pentair pump worked. More recently, a tree fell in my yard and damaged some of my pool equipment, and they responded incredibly fast and did a great job at a fair price. I’d definitely recommend Goudy for all things pool – whether it’s equipment, regular servicing, or repairs. report abuse

  Goudy Pools were fantastic – we’re first-time pool owners and really appreciated their recommendations from our previous owners. They took care of everything for us, from weekly cleaning during the summer to the winter shutdown, and we couldn’t be happier. Zinda, the office manager, was a huge help, always friendly and patient with our questions. The guys who come to clean the pool and do the winterization are just wonderful – so polite, helpful, and efficient. They always do a great job and clearly know what they’re doing, and we really feel like we’ve gotten a trustworthy service.
