  “I had these guys install helical piers on my house a few years ago, and unfortunately, my house is still experiencing movement. I’ve been desperately trying to get in touch with them – I’ve left three voicemails and called about five times – but it’s been impossible. It seems like they’ve been bought out by ‘Luke with All in One Structural Solutions.’ Honestly, it feels like they don’t care about previous customers; I wouldn’t recommend going with them if anything goes wrong after the work is done.   “I couldn’t be happier with the work Executive Structural Piering did to fix the foundation issues on my property. James Jones was fantastic – he was incredibly responsive, quickly assessed the problem, and got the job scheduled right away. The crew worked really efficiently, installing all twenty piers over just a few days, and the foundation raising completely resolved the cracks in the brickwork. I was especially impressed that they took care to protect my landscaping, and even rebuilt the fence and gate they had to remove. Overall, the quality of their work was excellent, the costs were fair, and James Jones clearly has a lot of experience and expertise in this kind of work.   “I’m still incredibly happy with the work James did on our porch – it’s been over a year since they finished, and it’s still perfectly stable and level. Back in May of 2016, the porch was starting to sink, and James was fantastic; he explained all the repair options clearly and gave us a really fair estimate, which was better than what we’d gotten from other contractors. They installed seven piers and did a brilliant job, mostly closing the cracks and getting the porch level. The crew was also fantastic – they cleaned up completely and carefully put our fence back together. Honestly, it’s amazing to see it’s still exactly as they left it, with no movement at all.   “Finding a serious problem with my foundation was terrifying – it felt like my whole house was at risk. The ground beneath my property had shifted, putting immense pressure on the house, and the damage was extensive – ducts ripped from the ceiling, walls buckling, even a beam pushed through the wall. It was clear things were only going to get worse. Thankfully, I found James and Executive Structural Piering. From the very beginning, James was incredibly reassuring and clearly knowledgeable. His team, particularly Elmer and Rafael, were amazing. They were so dedicated and professional, working tirelessly to get the job done right.   “I’m incredibly disappointed with the work done on my house and the way this company handled the entire process. After the repairs, my property actually sustained further damage, and when I requested an engineering report or official sign-off, the owner refused, stating there wasn’t one. I independently verified this with the city, and they confirmed he hadn’t obtained any permits. He’s clearly trying to cover things up. To make matters worse, he repeatedly entered my fenced and gated yard without my permission. His response to my concerns about the cracked foundation was completely dismissive – he even tried to sell me more piers after simply walking around my property. Honestly, it feels like they were cutting corners, and it’s clear they weren’t prioritizing quality or transparency. You can see this reflected in my other reviews.” report abuse
