  Marra Flooring did a fantastic job installing new floors in four of my rooms and a hallway in Framingham. I’ve used them for over 15 projects now, and I’ve always been really pleased with their quality and fair prices. They’re a pleasure to work with – truly excellent workmanship.   I’m incredibly disappointed with the work this company did. From the beginning, they set unrealistic expectations, and the quality of the installation was shockingly poor. The carpet and hardwood floors were installed messily, and their installers even damaged my AC unit and ripped up wood during the process. Worse still, they left my fire alarms uncovered while sanding the stairs, which they had to redo multiple times due to the terrible initial job. Even after they supposedly finished, the alarms continued to go off randomly, disrupting my work and sleep. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone – avoid them at all costs. report abuse

  Rob and his team did an absolutely fantastic job for us – we had them complete the kitchen floor in 2013 and then three bedrooms and a hallway in 2018. We were really impressed with the quality of their work and the products they recommended.
