  I have a small home that has been in the family for seventy plus years that sits on a small lot. I plan to renovate the home but needed and updated site plan before starting the premitting process. That where Survey Land Express can into play for me. They were timely, professional and affordable.   Survey Land Express is professional, thorough and they offer excellent customer service. Their initial communication detailed what we could expect and they delivered as promised. They also respond to emails and phone calls in a timely manner. Even after the survey was completed and a neighbor tried to challenge it as a way to excuse why he built a shed on our property, Survey Land offered to look at the neighbor’s aerial survey and speak to their surveyor. Survey Land also pointed out an additional area of concern with the placement of the shed. We now have to work with an attorney to get things straightened out but I will only deal with Survey Land going forward. The survey delivered was thorough and is incontestable.   Very positive experience with SLE Inc., including coming back for an extra day to make sure our corner pins were set accurately (1950s house, any existings couldn't be located). They also provided a full CAD file when requested, in addition to the PDF survey. Price was fair, all staff interactions, in-person/email/phone, were great. report abuse
