  “I was so impressed with Mr. Roof and his team! Eugene gave me a really thorough estimate – he was punctual and took the time to explain everything, showing me all the materials they use, which was a huge difference from the other quotes I received. Then Anna was fantastic; she was so friendly, easy to talk to, and kept me updated throughout the whole process via email and phone. The work itself was excellent – they replaced all my old trim with PVC and installed leaf guards in my gutters, and they even came back on a Sunday to finish up. Vladimir was great too, checking in on the crew and making sure everything was going smoothly. Honestly, it felt like working with a really genuine, family-run business, and they truly put my needs first. They were incredibly efficient, finishing the job quickly and cleaning up completely. Eugene, Vladimir, and the whole crew were fantastic – they were incredibly careful with my yard and cleaned up every bit of debris. Vladimir was particularly patient with me, helping me decide on my shutter color, and even went above and beyond to get the exact shade I wanted, using a discount at Home Depot and doing it all without any extra charge.   “I was so pleased with the work Mr. Roof and his team did on my roof. Because my house is a really old building – dating back to the 1850s – it was a particularly challenging job with multiple layers of shingles.
