“I was so pleased with the work Jerris and his team did on my chimney. He contacted me right away, came out to assess the job and gave me a really fair and honest estimate. Because it was November, he was able to get started as soon as the weather cleared, and they did an absolutely fantastic job – quick, professional, and done to a really high standard. I can’t recommend them enough!”

“I’ve been incredibly pleased with Liberty’s work on two separate projects – one costing around $10,000 and another closer to $80,000. For the larger project, they completely renovated our upstairs, adding two beautiful dormers and creating three fantastic bedrooms with a stunning, fully-tiled bathroom. While the project took a bit longer than initially anticipated due to COVID protocols, which is understandable, the team was fantastic. They prioritized our safety meticulously, always using a ladder to access rooms and consistently following strict testing procedures. The quality of their work was exceptional, and key team members Jack and Johnny really went above and beyond with the finishing touches. Then, they tackled a project in our finished basement, adding five new columns and expertly restoring the flooring to nearly its original state. They even removed a wall between our living and dining rooms, adding a level beam and hardwood floors – all done with a professional and positive attitude. Throughout both projects, they were incredibly communicative, worked closely with us on design changes, and handled all permits and inspections. Honestly, Liberty is a team you can trust. They’re hardworking, reasonable, and deliver a truly top-notch finished product. If you’re looking for a beautifully done job that goes beyond just a quick fix, I wholeheartedly recommend Liberty – they’re a five-star team!”

“I was incredibly pleased with Liberty Construction – they really delivered exactly what I needed and wanted, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone I know.”

“I was really pleased with the work done on my chimney. Jay and his colleague did a great job installing the stainless steel cap, and they also identified some necessary repairs. Jay was incredibly reliable – he secured the cap until spring and stuck to the agreed-upon timeline and price. They were both professional and friendly, and I would definitely recommend them.”

I am incredibly disappointed with the work performed. From the outset, there were serious issues – they failed to obtain the necessary permits, misled me about permit requirements, and didn’t send a qualified supervisor to the job site. They were also severely lacking in essential tools like a drill, sawsall, and measuring equipment, requiring my property manager to step in to correct their initial inaccurate layout. Furthermore, their lack of proper ventilation caused a hazardous CO2 situation in my home, forcing me to air out my house in freezing temperatures. The behavior of some of the workers was completely unacceptable, including harassment of my property manager and, unbelievably, one worker using my basement as a toilet. We discovered further concerning behavior reported by neighbors, and despite removing those individuals, I’ve learned they remain employed by Liberty. Frankly, the quality of work was appalling, and I intend to file formal complaints with the state authorities.

“Liberty Construction did an absolutely fantastic job renovating our home. They completely transformed the area, bathroom, and foyer, and the finished result was just perfect. Plus, they were really nice to work with.”

“We were incredibly disappointed with this company. We hired them to rebuild our home after a devastating fire, and they cost us $20,000. They significantly delayed the project and did very little work before demanding a completely new contract with half the payment upfront – which we believe is an illegal and unreasonable request. We ended our agreement and haven’t received any of our money back. We strongly advise anyone considering using this company to avoid them.”
-
Dan was fantastic – he really took the time to explain all our options and was incredibly thorough. Importantly, he didn’t try to upsell us, instead focusing on what would be manageable and offering honest advice.
-
Laurie, it sounds like you’re going through a really tough time. It’s clear you’re hoping for a better living situation, and I understand that your current circumstances are complicated by your ongoing medical issues and job loss.

It was genuinely great working with them – they clearly know their stuff and delivered everything perfectly. A real pleasure to collaborate with.
