Mike did a really solid job – he was both courteous and clearly skilled in his work. I particularly appreciated how he took the initiative to carefully inspect the HVAC installation and corrected some errors made by his colleagues. The manager, Cam, was also very responsive and quickly addressed the issues. Honestly, Heritage needs to focus on retaining talented technicians like Mike and Christian; it seems like good people often move on.

Nathan did a fantastic job with our service call on August 12th. He was punctual, incredibly polite, and really took the time to explain everything to us. I especially appreciated his honesty when he realized he’d brought the wrong part – he quickly resolved it by getting the correct one and returning to install it promptly. He even showed us pictures of what he replaced, which was really helpful. Overall, we’re very happy with the service he provided.
