“I called to get a shower/tub valve repaired, and they scheduled it for the next day and let my landlord know. However, when I called the next day, they said they had no record of the appointment at all. I checked the number I used and confirmed it was definitely the same company. Seriously terrible customer service – a complete lack of communication and organization.”

“I have serious concerns about this manager’s behavior and conduct. They consistently came across as condescending and, frankly, disingenuous. The situation with the large bottle of tequila in their office was particularly unprofessional and concerning.”

I was extremely concerned by this individual’s behavior. They didn’t complete any work for me, and I witnessed them driving recklessly – they cut across multiple lanes on the 405 North and made aggressive gestures, including using offensive hand signals, when other drivers honked. Given this behavior, I felt it was completely inappropriate for them to be allowed into my home.
