  I had a really frustrating experience with this company. They were incredibly slow to respond to my calls and the staff seemed uninterested in hearing my concerns. Honestly, they didn't seem to listen to me at all, and I felt completely dismissed.   I had a really frustrating experience with this contractor. He quoted me a price for ductwork installation, but he never actually completed the job. I contacted him repeatedly – by phone, in person, and even in writing – and he kept promising it would get done, but nothing ever happened. It’s been over a year now, and I’m incredibly disappointed and frankly, think this is a terrible company to do business with. report abuse

  Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend using this company. I found their customer service to be lacking and they were quite unreliable. There are definitely better options in the area that seem to truly prioritize their customers’ heating needs – this one just didn’t seem to measure up. report abuse
