To add to the frustration, after nine hours I had to cancel the load and I haven’t been able to get in touch with the broker – they aren’t responding to calls or emails about TONU.   “I’m happy to report that my previous concerns about the Google Maps showing receiving hours are still accurate – it’s not updated. However, the unloading process was really quick, and thankfully the main storage building is located before the main gates, which saved me a good 20-minute drive.   This was a really frustrating experience. Being alone in the facility and waiting 6 to 12 hours before being called in was completely unacceptable. It seems like there’s a disconnect between the corporate support and the actual on-site operations, and I wouldn't hesitate to give it a very poor rating. report abuse

  “When hauling heavy loads, these routes can be quite unpredictable. Sometimes you’ll be in and out within an hour, but other times you could be waiting anywhere from 6 hours.
