  I am incredibly disappointed with the service I received. They installed a water line for my refrigerator, and when I returned home, I was shocked to find a massive hole in my wall behind the fridge, completely unpatched. Water sprayed all over my kitchen – my countertops were soaked, and the carpet was wet. Their cleanup was shockingly inadequate; they used a single roll of paper towels to address the mess. To make matters worse, my personal bath towels were left drenched in the bathtub. And to finish it off, my bathroom sink stopped working. Honestly, if I could give this company zero stars, I would. Paying $1,000 for them to essentially redo a job they’d initially botched is absolutely unacceptable. report abuse

  Honestly, I was really hoping this plumber would be reliable – I’ve relied on America’s help before. I even got a magnet for his number! But when I needed new pipes above my house, he did the job, though he messed up the water lines, switching hot and cold. He eventually fixed the valve, but he never got around to connecting the water line to my fridge, and I’ve been hearing excuses ever since. It’s incredibly frustrating – I paid a significant amount and now I’m stuck having to hire another plumber to fix it. The excuse about his truck shifting just added insult to injury. It seems like this company doesn't keep its promises, and all I really wanted was a trustworthy plumber. report abuse

  “I’m so glad I went with America’s Best Plumbing – it was a lifesaver! I had a leak in my attic that was already causing damage, and my home warranty wouldn’t send someone until later in the week. Luckily, America’s Best Plumbing responded immediately and got a technician out the same day. He was incredibly professional, quickly identified the problem, and fixed it within an hour. Even better, he took care of coordinating with my home warranty, which made the whole process so much easier.   Honestly, I was really disappointed with my experience with America’s Best Plumbing. The woman who scheduled the appointment didn’t mention the $125 call fee upfront, which felt quite high considering my previous plumber’s rates. The technician arrived, couldn’t identify the problem, and essentially directed me to contact the water company, who immediately diagnosed the issue. It felt incredibly frustrating that America’s Best Plumbing couldn’t handle something so basic. To add to that, he seemed uninterested in being there and engaged in unnecessary small talk before simply collecting the fee without actually fixing anything.   “I had a great experience with America’s Best Plumbing. They were referred to me, and the owner and assistant arrived promptly. We discussed a water leak in the attic, and they did a really thorough check – thankfully, they didn’t find any.
