  We absolutely love our new windows and sliding doors – Window World really transformed our home! It all started with a fantastic conversation with Melissa, who scheduled an appointment with Conrad. He was so knowledgeable and genuinely cared about understanding what we wanted. Once we placed our order, Melissa called to let us know it was ready for installation. On the day, the installation crew – Rafael and Ernest – were just incredible. They were so professional, efficient, and really took pride in their work, and they were also incredibly pleasant to have around. The whole job, seven windows and three sliding doors, was completed in just one and a half days – seriously amazing!   “I was really pleased with the quality of the installation today – the installer did a fantastic job despite some initial challenges. They were also very friendly and considerate, which I really appreciated. The new windows have made a huge difference, and we’re already feeling a noticeable cooler temperature inside (78 degrees) compared to the outside (95 degrees).
