  Overall, we’re really pleased with our new windows from AllGroup. We were having a tough time keeping the house warm with our old windows, and it was frustrating. From the very first conversation, the AllGroup team stood out – they were so friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. They took the time to patiently answer all of our questions and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, without any pushy sales tactics. The installation was seamless and the windows look absolutely fantastic! Based on what we wanted, they’re already doing a great job of regulating the temperature, and we’re confident they’ll help us save on energy bills.   Overall, I was incredibly pleased with AllGroup. From the very beginning, the salesperson was fantastic – professional, thorough, and handled the initial estimate and contract with real expertise. We did experience a slight delay in delivery and installation, but they were completely transparent about it, and I really appreciated how open they were to me checking in for updates. The installers themselves were outstanding; they were courteous, incredibly efficient, and clearly knowledgeable about their work. They even took the time to clean up perfectly after installing our awning windows, and they arrived on time both mornings.   I was so pleased with AllGroup Window Replacement! A recent windstorm broke a window in my house, and after a friend recommended them, I contacted Ted. He came out to take measurements quickly, and the windows arrived even sooner than expected – a really nice surprise! The installation team were fantastic – three really friendly guys who did a truly professional job. They were incredibly thorough and patient, answering all my questions along the way. I even treated them to pizza for lunch because I was so impressed with their work. Honestly, there are a few other window companies around Parkville, MD, but I’d definitely recommend AllGroup – they offer great quality and service at a reasonable price. report abuse
