  Chris was fantastic – he was right on time, really explained everything clearly, and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Plus, he was incredibly friendly and easy to talk to.   “Eric’s visit was a bit frustrating. He suggested a new door, but my husband opted for repairs, and unfortunately, Eric didn’t do a thorough job – the door broke again, this time nearly coming off the track. It seemed like he was trying to push an unnecessary upgrade, despite my husband’s concerns about the bent track. Thankfully, Sherman stepped in and completely fixed the issue, properly repairing the track and lubricating the door. It’s clear that a simple, correct repair was all that was needed, so let’s not rush into buying a new door.” report abuse

  This company really needs some serious improvement. The work quality was consistently poor, and there seemed to be a lack of engagement from the employees. Unfortunately, the office environment also felt quite negative, with a consistently difficult attitude from the staff member I interacted with. report abuse

Unfortunately, we had to terminate his employment due to a serious breach of trust – he made unauthorized trips using company vehicles.
