  “I had a really frustrating experience with this company. I called earlier to confirm their delivery cutoff time – the sign clearly stated 3:30 PM. I arrived at 3:00 PM, only to be told at the office that unloading stopped at 1:30 PM. It was completely unexpected! The next day, I arrived at 8:30 AM and waited for over 45 minutes for someone to even acknowledge my truck. I ended up having to ask some employees for help, and thankfully, a couple of them stepped in to assist me, even though it wasn't their job. Still, the unloading guy didn’t show up until 10:00 AM, and honestly, the whole process was incredibly inefficient and frustrating.” report abuse

  Monumental Supply is a fantastic place to get all your industrial supplies – they have everything from pipes and fittings to valves and PVC. What really sets them apart is their Fab Shop; they can even cut your pipe to your exact specifications, whether you need it threaded or grooved. Plus, their delivery is incredibly fast, noticeably quicker than other suppliers I’ve used. report abuse

  Honestly, this place isn't great for dry van drivers. There aren’t any dock facilities here, and they require drivers to unload trailers themselves – which can easily eat up an entire day. report abuse
