I’d really advise against parking near this place. I had a terrible experience – my Altima was parked on a side street for months, and one day a large truck struggled to leave, completely damaging my car. I brought it up to the owner, but they just kept dismissing my concerns, claiming I couldn’t see how they’d hit it, even though I had video evidence. They didn't offer to pay for the damage. My neighbor had a similar experience with his son's car, but because there wasn’t a video, they didn’t take responsibility. And to make matters worse, they won't even let you view any video footage if something gets damaged. Seriously, park far, far away from this company.

The dispatcher was truly outstanding – a real asset to the team. He was consistently available, incredibly hardworking, and always friendly and polite, taking the time to answer all my questions thoroughly and efficiently.
