“I was in a really stressful situation needing a new security system urgently – the original manufacturer had stopped making parts, and it was critical for my family’s safety. My first call to my old company, Crimpco, was a complete disaster; they dismissed my concerns and promised a two-week wait, which was completely unacceptable. Then, I reached out to M Sauer Security Unlimited, and it was a completely different experience. They immediately responded, and the president, Avrahom, even came to my house to discuss a proposal. That personal touch made all the difference. I signed up right then and there, and they scheduled the installation for this week. I’ve heard great things about their work – a colleague uses their services for a commercial building, and everything looks fantastic. I'm really impressed with the new Napco system and the cameras, especially the ability to check them remotely. The doorbell camera ringing to my phone and the different chime settings are fantastic. And the monitoring fees are incredibly reasonable. It’s clear M Sauer Security Unlimited is a trustworthy and honest company, and I’m so grateful for their prompt and professional service.”
