  I was really impressed with the service I received from JES Foundation Repair. Within just three days of my initial call, Chad was able to come out and do a detailed inspection of my home. He was incredibly knowledgeable and experienced, and he spent almost two hours carefully examining the situation. Ultimately, Chad was honest with me – he explained that the problem wasn't with my basement or foundation walls, but rather with the downspouts and grading around them. Because of his honesty, he saved me a lot of money and I truly appreciate his ethical approach.   Overall, I was incredibly pleased with the work JES did on my crawlspace. From the very beginning, they were professional, and Antione, my foreman, was fantastic – always clear, polite, and kept me fully informed about the schedule and what to expect. The crew was consistently reliable, arriving on time and working hard. They were also really accommodating, stepping up and making a couple of helpful changes to the original plan.   “The work on leveling the porch was done well, and the team were really professional. However, it was disappointing to see so many cracks and gaps that weren't addressed – it left the whole porch looking quite unfinished and frankly, a bit shoddy. Sadly, I wouldn’t recommend them based on the quality of the final result. You’d probably be better off looking for another contractor before making a decision.” report abuse
