  “I was really disappointed with the service I received. When the technician replaced my windshield, he actually made the damage worse! It took four days to get a new windshield, and I was incredibly frustrated that they weren’t able to come to my location as I’d requested. Adding to the problem, I couldn't reach customer service at all – I tried calling, texting, and emailing, but no one responded. To make matters worse, I wasn’t informed about the new damage he caused to the original windshield, as you can see in the photos.” report abuse

  “I’m incredibly disappointed and frankly, very concerned with my experience here. If I could give zero stars, I would. The service was completely chaotic – kids were handling my truck on Saturday with no understanding of what they were doing, and they gave me false information about how the seat was routed. Because of their mistakes, my family’s safety is at risk, and my wife and I are being passed around. They haven’t taken any responsibility for the problems they created. To make matters worse, they removed my entire back seat and didn’t reinstall it correctly – there were missing nuts, the seat belts weren’t properly routed, and parts were just lying around. It was a complete disaster! They left plastic pieces from the seat on the floor, installation tape and trash everywhere, and even the back heating element was damaged and attempted to be glued back on with electrical tape. The windows were covered in grease, and they told me it was supposed to be there for the windows to slide – it was unbelievable! I strongly advise you to go to a different location. This was a terrible experience, and I don't believe it was my fault.” report abuse

  “My experience with Safelite in Bangor was absolutely unacceptable. I took my car in to replace a broken rear window, and the result was a scratched window – it seemed like they’d damaged it during the installation. To make matters worse, the technician was incredibly unprofessional, arrived late after a scheduled mobile warranty replacement, incorrectly removed the window, and damaged my door before leaving without the correct replacement. I spoke to the manager, Matt, who promised to fix the issue, but I’ve received no further communication. I then got an appointment today for the repair, and the technician not only replaced the window but also left my keys in the ignition and in the ‘on’ position, completely draining my car battery. Calls to the shop have gone unanswered, and I’m still waiting for a response. Honestly, the entire experience was a disaster. I wouldn’t recommend Safelite in Bangor to anyone.” report abuse
